Common questions from HR and leadership
Q: We already have a general wellbeing platform. Isn't that enough?
General platforms rarely address menopause specifically, and won't satisfy the documented, action-plan requirement expected under the Employment Rights Act 2025.
Q: How much staff time does this require?
Delivery is structured to minimise disruption. Employee support runs through a confidential portal, not live sessions requiring manager coordination.
Q: Is this just training?
No. Training is one component. The deliverable is a documented, implementable action plan with ongoing reporting.
Q: Is this requirement definite?
Employment Rights Act 2025 gives government the power to introduce it for employers with 250+ staff. It remains subject to secondary legislation. Organisations that prepare now are positioned regardless of the exact final date.
The legislation is coming.
Your plan doesn't have to be built under pressure
Book a 30-minute readiness consultation. You'll leave with an initial risk assessment, a summary of the gaps in your current provision, a recommended implementation route, and an indication of scope, a useful executive decision, not a sales call.
